About the Study: Participants

The USRT study participants include anyone who completed one or both of the first two surveys. Of approximately 110,000 participants, about 103,000 were contacted for the Third Survey. About three-fourths are women and, on average, participants are 59 years old, began working in 1969, and worked as a radiologic technologist for 19 years.
